I joined the Slice team to help build and launch the Slice Register product, contributing to the development of new features using both Objective-C and Swift. I helped modernize the codebase by migrating significant portions from Objective-C to Swift.

I later transitioned to the Owners App team, where I played a key role in the app’s successful relaunch by implementing a complete UI redesign, addressing multiple feature requests, and beginning the migration to SwiftUI for a more modern and maintainable architecture.

Within Lightspeed I worked on the ShopKeep point of sale application that powers over 20,000 stores in the United States. The POS software is developed natively in Swift and Objective-C.

My responsibilities ranged from the design, coding, implementation, and testing of websites. I worked as part of a small team to design wireframes and develop web solutions that were both responsive and cross-browser compatible to match client needs.

I was able to work under pressure, with little to no supervision and consistently meet deadlines. I gained valuable knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP and basic javascript throughout this role.
